In the middle of 2023, something real sparked out of the chaos. Tim (aka twodime,) a lifelong DJ, entrepreneur, and product of the underground rave scene, had spent years chasing energy and expression, from spinning basslines at house parties back in the day to transforming supercars into rolling art at Wrap Labs. His world was built on movement, music, and the refusal to play by anyone else’s rules.

Around that time he crossed paths with ZXU, a Los Angeles-based artist, designer, and singer-songwriter who lived in that same collision of rhythm and rebellion where graffiti, hip-hop, design, skate, and raw emotion all bleed together. The connection was instant. They traded ideas, stories, and creative impulses, and Tim told ZXU about a long-time passion project he had been holding close, something he called NOKAP. It wasn’t just a brand, it was a mindset: honesty over hype, rebellion over conformity, and zero filters. ZXU got it immediately. Their shared love for music, art, and the underground forged a bond that turned inspiration into motion.

They started creating without limits, making hoodies, hats, rings, Argentium jewelry, even condoms, because nothing was off the table. Every piece came from the same heartbeat: rave energy, street honesty, counterculture unity, and the four pillars of hip-hop woven into design. NOKAP grew fast from an idea into a movement, a living reflection of late nights, broken knuckles, fast cars, spray paint, grit, and soul. It became a home for the ones who move different, think loud, and live without filters. Zerofucks. All heart. NOKAP.

ZXU’s diverse experiences brought a fresh perspective to Tim's journey. Having a great passion for jewelry and unique sculptures ZXU brought fresh designs to the table in the form of wearable art. The duo then set out to find the best jeweler they could find to help bring these new ideas to life and after a rigorous search they met Manny, a creative jeweler who saw the vision that the two had formed and believed in what they were doing.

Together they have developed new pieces the world has never seen. Truly making jewelry of the future that can be handed down to our loved ones for generations all inspired by the festivals, music and countercultures of our time.
