7. Product Information, Availability, and Pricing
All product descriptions, prices, and availability displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate, but we do not warrant that all descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free.
If an error is discovered, we reserve the right to correct it, cancel affected orders, and issue refunds where applicable.
Colors and textures may vary depending on device settings and display calibration; we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy.
8. Order Acceptance, Payment, and Cancellations
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or payment irregularities.
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placement without penalty by contacting support@nokapthreads.com. After this period, cancellation requests are subject to review and may incur fees based on costs incurred.
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
9. No Purchase for Resale
Products sold on the Site are intended solely for personal use. You agree not to purchase products for resale, distribution, or commercial exploitation. We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject orders, or cancel any purchase suspected of being made for resale purposes.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days and shipped within 7–10 business days thereafter.
Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. NOKAP Threads is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the carrier. All claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier.
11. Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
We gladly offer store credit or exchange for qualifying items if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@nokapthreads.com.
To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

All original tags must be attached.

The item must be returned within 7 days of return authorization.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. NOKAP Threads is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Approved exchanges will be issued as store credit only.
12. International Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
NOKAP Threads is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NOKAP Threads, its officers, employees, affiliates, partners, agents, and licensors from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or demands (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
NOKAP THREADS MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE OPERATION, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND ANY RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOKAP THREADS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THEREFROM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF NOKAP THREADS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY; SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for the resolution of any disputes.
17. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any portion thereof, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
We may also terminate or restrict your access to the Site if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful activity.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Waiver

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NOKAP Threads concerning your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or agreements.
