13. Order Cancellations
Buyer may cancel an order within 48 hours of placement without incurring any penalty. After 48 hours, cancellations are subject to approval by Seller and may be subject to cancellation fees based on costs incurred by Seller up to the point of cancellation.
14. Delivery / Partial Deliveries
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
15. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
